Initiate Request
Log into your account and navigate to 'Order History' to select the item you wish to return and provide a reason.
Package Your Item
Place the item in its original packaging with all tags attached and include the original invoice to ensure a smooth process.
Schedule a Pickup
Once your request is approved, our courier partner will visit your address within 48 hours to collect the return package.
Quality Check & Refund
After we receive and inspect the item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
